Reduce work - attendances and documents
From one-click attendances to daily totals, we have the tools to help you make the most of your time.
Billing is simple and quick - we even calculate funded hours so you don't have to.
Parents can accept contracts and waivers. When they do, they're saved as part of their child's record. If a document is out of date and you need to replace it, just add a new one.
You can record attendances in whatever way suits you - when the child arrives or leaves, at some other time convenient to you, or directly through our attendance calendar. We've made it as easy for you as possible and you're reminded about allergies, special requirements or pickup restrictions whenever the child attends.
Parents can accept or reject an attendance record, just as they do with your current attendance record.
For business processes, procedures, insurances etc., upload a document to your profile and it's on your phone, easily to find and always available.
Reduce work - expenses
We know childcare: you want the best teaching tools and toys for your children but you don't always remember to expense them. Until the end of the tax year... Where did I put that receipt?
carers.world lets you enter expenses as soon as you incur them: at the playgroup, treats for the children, art materials. Take a photo of the receipt* and upload it as part of your record.
Same problem for expensing household bills. And that's much, much worse. You need to claim for the billed amount, get the rate you can claim based on what the bill is for, the number of hours you work in the period covered by the bill, select the type of bill you're claiming for... ugh.
So we do that for you. Just click the type of bill, enter the amount and dates and carers.world will go back through your attendances to work out how many hours you worked in that period and give you the amount. Simple.
If you need to*, upload a picture of each receipt or bill as you do your expenses and you'll always be able to show what you claimed for and when.
You can easily get monthly and annual totals for both daily expenses and parent's bills for your taxes**.

Document storage
You know how important it is to keep your paperwork and how quickly it mounts up. If you stopped working today, you know that you will need to keep key records until your minded children are twenty-one and a half. That could be for another ten, fifteen, twenty years!
carers.world keeps key records securely in the cloud. You don't need paper copies, and if you take a break from caring, you can maintain your children's data (attendances, diaries, contacts - everything) for less than the price of a coffee each month. Or tea if you prefer.
We use the best cloud services: the same as your council and our national government. Everything is secure.
