Our friends spend hours every month on the same tasks: billing, expenses and managing tax, so we made them as simple as possible.
Preparing and sending a bill can be as simple as three clicks and you're done! Funded hours are calculated for you and the amount the parents need to pay is put on your bill and emailed. Of course, you can make adjustments if you need to, or even reissue a bill.
And at the end of the tax year, your total income from billing and funded hours is in one place ready to put on your tax return.
Managing your expenses can be really time consuming. Finding receipts, adding them up, getting your bills, working out how many hours you worked and what percentage to use... At the end of a busy day, you don't have the time.
We've made it easy. Add an expense while you're out, when you spend money.
Expensing household bills is simple: just tell us what your bill is for, what the period is and we'll work out how many hours you worked and apply the right percentage. You can save a picture of your bill as a record.
And just like bills, the total is ready to put on your tax return.

We've seen how carers.world makes it easy to manage your expenses. Carers expense more with carers.world. Add toys, art materials, food and for the children as soon as you buy them. Your household bills are calculated precisely and the correct percentage is applied. We apply the full range of percentages allowed by HMRC than PACEY's model allow, so we can be more exact. You save money.
Our document management service is free when you subscribe. You can upload as many documents as you need to: for each child and for your setting.
Unlike other apps, you don't pay for parents. Their subscription is included.

carers.world has you covered. Keep your insurances and documents for your businesses on your private profile. Contracts and waivers are on the child's profile along with allergies and special requirements.

Keep in touch with parents
Childminders can use many apps to keep in touch with their families. And they're great. Email, WhatsApp, somewhere to store your files, something to do your expenses on, but try finding a conversation, or a picture. Was it on WhatsApp, text or maybe an email. Did they accept that contract?
carers.world keeps every conversation in your secure in-mail. Your photos are in the child's gallery, always available and when you send parents a document, they can digitally accept it. You'll get a mail confirming their acceptance and the document and their acceptance will be shown on the child's record.
Attendances, daily diaries and incidents can be digitally signed by your parents.
We want to make it easy for parents to join in the care of their children, so parents are free, You don't pay and neither do they - no one is charged.
And unlike other childminder apps, we don't sell your data, or your parents. That's not ethical and we won't do it.
